WARNING: GENERIC NAMES ARE GENERIC!
(I just now randomly thought up the title on the spot...)
This is a story me and a close friend have been working on. He came up with the basic idea, people get revenge, and I wrote it all. Characters names and other minor details may be subject to change. Remember people, constructive critizism, don't just say I suck.
Also, I didn't feel like editing the quotes properly so bare with me...
Prologue & Chapter 1-3: Post 1

Chapter 7: Post 3

Prologue
There once was a land, filled with lush green forests, a strong economy, and a powerful leader. Deep in this land was a village. Feldor. In this village was a family of three. A mother, a father, and a young boy of fourteen named Crimson. Crimson was a playful and hardworking child. Everyday, Crimson would kick a ball around with some friends for a short while and when time came, he headed back to his home to help his father with some manual labor such as collecting wood or helping around the house. Every now and then he would go help his mother with simple tasks. Crimson’s mother was unfortunately stuck with a horrible illness. When things seemed wrong, Crimson headed a short way down the road to where there was a house with a family of four, three of which were experienced in potions and spells. A mother, a father, a baby of three, and a girl of twelve named Rena. Crimson would explain the situation and Rena or the mother would make the required potion to help his mother’s illness. Crimson and Rena were very good friends and spent a lot of time together.
One unfaithful day came along. Dark clouds few in. Something’s wrong. In the distance a man was walking, followed by an army of soldiers. Before long, the village was in ruins. Fires everywhere. Destruction. One soldier coated in a full black armor suit, probably of a higher authority, busted through Crimson’s house, annihilating his father and mother before his very eyes. There they lay, cold bodies on the floor, never to return. Crimson ran away as fast as he could, hoping to survive. Tears were pouring from his eyes. The same fate happened to Rena. The village was overtaken. With the leader assassinated, and the slaughter at an end, a new tyrant took the throne. “This village is ours!” The tyrant exclaimed. Only two survived. Crimson and Rena. Alone. Vengeful.
Chapter 1: A Chance
Six years later… The tyrant’s land was beginning to slowly crumble. Citizens running rampant and far too many crimes being committed. Something had to be done. He had an idea, one that could cost him his life…
Far away in another land, Kovakia, Crimson and Rena had found their way to the land about half a year after their escape. They lived in this land helping the people with daily tasks, they stayed under the care of a kind man whose looks were comparable to Crimson’s dad. Every day during breaks, Crimson and Rena sparred in the woods nearby, hoping to one day avenge the awful event six years ago. Crimson with his sword, Silon, which was forged by one of the villagers to help in any kind of dangerous situation, and Rena with her spells, together they practiced to become stronger. After every match, they returned to the land battered with torn clothes and a smile on their faces. One day, a letter arrived at Crimson’s door.
- If you want to avenge your village, come and face my army.-
- King Dalgon –
It was what Crimson and Rena had been waiting for, a chance. They felt they had the skill and strength. Fate awaited them.
Chapter 2: Goodbye
Crimson and Rena needed to make final preparations before leaving. They finished up any last requests the villagers had. The man they both stayed with offered to make them some clothes more suitable for their mission rather than their current apparel. Crimson and Rena stood at the entrance to the village.
“We want to thank each and every one of you who took us in your care these past years.” Crimson said. Random shouts of “Your welcome” and “good luck” were heard from the villagers. Waving a final goodbye to the people to the people who took them in their hands, they left.
“I hope they’ll be alright…” Muttered the man they stayed with. Little did Crimson and Rena know, a tough battle was ahead.
Chapter 3: Arrival
After a few short breaks, Crimson and Rena made it back to the crumbling Feldor. Crimson’s eyes widened at shock at the scene which was once his home. Rena slyly took care of two soldiers at the entrance with a spell. They carefully entered, Crimson at the front. Sneaking around, they noticed there was a larger tower now in the center of the town where the village square used to be.
“That’s probably w here that cruel king is at.” Rena said.
“Yeah.” Crimson agreed. After some more looking around, Rena noticed Crimson was acting strange. A fire was perhaps burning in his eyes. Revenge. Without notice, Crimson charged.
“Wait!” Rena yelled. Left and right, soldiers and guards were falling.
“Long live the king!” Each one said before they died. It was pure bloodshed. Rena tried to keep up, removing any soldiers he missed.
“Twilight Slash!” Crimson yelled. He jumped into the air coming down in a twirling motion. Another guard fell.
“Isn’t that a little over doing it Crimson?” Rena asked.
“Be quiet…”
Rena stood back, worried. Every guard and soldier was shortly disposed of. The tower remained, Crimson and Rena headed on. Their revenge, soon to be fulfilled.
