Er, I think there's already a topic or two about this... also, it's not nice to just rub salt in all of our wounds about this situation as well, really. We know Brawl isn't out, just deal with it.
Seriously, you're just going to have to man up and admit that this game is still in development, and will at least be in much better shape than if it were to be released right now. Whatever happened to looking on the bright side, really?
