Crescent Slash setup?

So, I've heard a lot about a supposed kill confirm with Crescent Slash and grab release, could anyone care to explain to me please? I tried looking into most threads but didn't find any information

F-Throw > Crescent slash is the main one. At higher percents, you''ll need to dash after them to hit. At even higher percents, it's not guaranteed, but you can dash forward, wait for an airdodge, and then CS. F-throw > CS kills at about 70~ at the edge.

Air grab releases, (which happen if the grabbed character doesn't have their feet on the ground, or they hold up or press jump) also combo into CS.
