So I've been wanting to make my own skins for Project M, but I have yet to find a source on how to actually make new skins. Does anyone know where I should go to make my own .pcs and .pac files?

Im not 100% sure on this, but I think you can create custom textures using brawlbox.

You have to go into a character's .pac file and export the texture sheets and edit them. Here's one for Fox. It's kind of a guessing game as to what you're editing. It requires experimentation.

When you're ready to test an edit, hit preview all models.

You probably won't be able to see the model so use your mouse wheel to zoom out.

Thank you!
Also, also is there a program for making new models all together over, say, Fox?
Like, I wanna make a Sally Acorn model over Fox. How would I do that?
