Creating (And Possibly Animating) Custom SSS, CSS, Menu Backgrounds.

Hey everyone, I'm on the last legs of the Lippy Build, all the bugs are fixed everything is nice and done and all 20 stages have been added. More costumes, all that jazz, however, to make it truly unique, I want to make custom backgrounds for the various menus. There used to be a downloadable tutorial out there, but the file has been deleted, can anyone help me out here? Any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated, as the release of the build is pretty much directly after Project M at CEO 2014.
