Creating and Installing Custom CSS

Hello, I am new to all this Brawl hacking stuff, so forgive me if I seem to ask really easy questions.

Anyway, I installed Homebrew on my WII and really want to create a custom CSS with all the characters (individual slots for Pokemon, ZSS, sheik, etc.) and Gigabowser.

Which explained what codes to use, but where do I add them too?

I just need a tutorial on how to use those codes, and which programs to use.

use the program gct edit:

should be gct edit.

then start a new file, copy and paste codes into the right box, making sure that you remove all spaces and paragraphing before(or else it wont be accepted).
