As the title states, I want to make an animated menu background similar to the one in P:M, my goal is to get something like a ocean-like, bright, and vivid blue background.

If anyone could notify me of what files to replace, modify, or otherwise, it is very much appreciated! This would be my first time modifying something like this, so I don't want to walk into the fog without some information or assistance, thanks!

The only files that I think could possibly fit the bill are in mu_menumain.pac

These files are as follows:

tk_black

tk_blackwave01

tk_denji01

tk_dim_line02

tk_last_cloud01

tk_last_hole01

tk_last_planet01

tk_last_tubu02

tk_last_universe01

tk_mandala_01

tk_nagare_indirect01

and tk_scope01

These are obviously files that are present in the background, though, I don't know how to safely edit/modify/replace them.

Somewhere in the Aether....
Just took my shot at this, actually fairly happy with the outcome.

Still some things I plan to change (results screen, menu icons (if possible), etc...), but all in all I'm satisfied. And @ WinterKirby WinterKirby how did you manage to change the color on the right side of the title screen in your PM:RED build? I figured out the bottom part, but I couldn't find the texture or pallete data for the right side.

Export each image, modify them in an image editing program, then replace.
Well, I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but whenever I replace a texture file and I save, when I re-open it ,it's not there. Can it be something related to the type of format I'm using to save the edited texture? I've never modded ANYTHING before and I'm pretty new to this, so I would appreciate your help!

Can you make another version that has this color instead of red like this pic (this type of blue seen in the background)
