After creating the Create Your Imaginary Character Select Screen thread, I thought I'd give the stages a try.

3DS:

WII U:

I only included 2 DLC stages in the Wii U version to make room for the new modes coming up.
And the stages would appear in my ULTIMATE All-Star Mode like this:

Wow great job there! Dat presence of Gangplank Galleon, N64 Rainbow Road, Baby Bowser fight, Magicant, Fountain of Dreams and Pac-Maze pleases me greatly. Except I would Probably replace Temple or Hyrule Castle with a Wind Waker stage.
