Okay you're going to groan but unfortunetly I got all OC when designing the characters, so bear with me.
**Background info. At the begining of Wily's career, he had a competator, and her name was Dr. Takano. She was pretty much outshined by Wily in robotic tech, but where she excelled was fusing bio cells with cyborg ones. After going underground, she began snatching up orphan children (Because who cares about them right?) and using them as testing grounds, these eight "Robotbutreallycyborg Masters" are what resulted after countless trial and error. It's rumored she is going to eventually come out from unerground, and finally defeat her old rival, once and for all.
Hex Boy - a Cyborg boy with dark brown hair. His eyes are dressed in heavy black under eye make up, and his hair is long. His cybernetic eyes may seem full of life, but it's only because they're fake. His human mouth is in a permanent frown. He wears a dark purple helmet garnished with a spike and a ball on the back. He wears a big torn up scarf to cover his face. the rest of his body is covered in the usual "second skin". At the center of his chest is an orb, in the middle is a neon purple pentagram. It's said that it is connected to his heart, and all of his weapons feed off of his suffering soul. His right arm resembles Megaman's cannon, but it has an eerie holographic pentagram hovering in front of the barrel.
Weapon - Trapper Hex. He aims his cannon towards the ground and shoots a fragment of his should onto the ground (which looks like a small glittery thing) When it touches the ground, it draws out a star in glowing neon purple, and finish the seal with a full circle to encompass the star. When someone steps on the hex, they are paralyzed and unable to move... just waiting for the lifeless child to severe the ties that keep them in this world. Something the human in him envys.
