Crashing while loading the launcher

I've never had problems booting PM (hackless) until the launcher was introduced in 3.01. Since then, the boot.elf file reads then freezes as it attempts to load the launcher (stuck on the green/purple static mess screen) about 90% of the time.

Is there any way to fix this, or is there a way I can revert back to the way 3.00 and prior booted? I really don't need the launcher; all it's added is problems.

Strange that the launcher's not working for ya, it works for me all the time. :/ Oh well.

I suggest you try re-downloading the launcher & re-installing it to your SD Card, it's possible the launcher you have is corrupted. Also, make sure your SD Card is a 2GB Card (or less) because of the Wii's limitations when SSBB was released.
You can also choose to get the game files through the PC, & just place those files to the root of your SD Card, without the new launcher if you want.
