Link's is fairly long, and you can do it normally with him just by turning. (In reference to that video of the moonwalkish forward tilt.)
Not that it's very useful, and is probably known by anyone who plays link long enough, at low percents (0-50%) you can B-air to a generally sucessful throw, forward tilt, or down smash with the glide from turning around. Also works with running and throwing bombs in the opposite direction, there usually isn't enough room for it to be a fair spacing tech but still gives you opportunities to block aproaches.
If your cool enough you might be able to D-throw, B-air, F-Tilt/D-Smash/Throw again.
