Wii U's AI can be complete bull**** at times. Event mode makes it even more obvious. You have no idea how mean times the AI perfectly missed my attacks when a human player would obviously get hit by, and I swear on level 9 they can pull some TAS crap. The only time I disliked the AI in 3DS is when I have to do team battles on Classic Mode, but that doesn't really counts because well it obvious that they gave you a level 6 Teammate and the other team both level 9s. Sorry for the wall of text, I just wanted to say that for a long time.

The CPU's on the Wii U are EXTREMELY violent. They can pretty much dodge/avoid any attack. I could barely hit a LVL 9 CPU. I only got the CPU to 50% before being mercilessly destroyed.

Wii U's ai downright cheat and hack whenever they get the chance, at least in my experience anyways, i'm not even going to attempt classic on 9.0

Yeah I see what you guys mean. I felt like they are harder when I first played them. They seem to do more perfect sheilding at even more ridiculous times. Granted I can still beat them but they do seem more powerful than the ones on the 3ds.

The Wii U definitely has a better CPU. I was doing a free for all match (4 players, 3 of which were level 9 CPUs), and they were just playing ping-pong with my character. It wasn't even a team battle! Tossing me back and forth and getting hits that no one could've seen coming. And when I was playing 1v1, it seemed like the CPU was spacing me, and dodging EVERYTHING. Like, people in For Glory aren't this brutal to play against...that's not right.

the cpus on the 3ds are much more fun to fight because it feels like the cpus on the wii u version are frame perfect most of the time. It makes fighting level 9s on the wiiu frustrating because they can perfect shield everything or air dodge out of your combos.

3ds cpus imo feel more human like and less cheap.

Yeah like everyone. is saying though wiiu computers use hacks and dodge almost everything it's ridiculous. Not sure if computers make very good practice. Actually level eights are where it's at.

Continuing what everyone has said the WiiU AI obviously cheats and perfectly avoids everything which makes it way more "difficult" then 3DS AI

3DS cpus are worse for other reasons, such as: they don't follow you if they launch you vertically, they just wait on the ground for an up-smash or tilt. Also, when they're recovering that's all they care about (though they will perfectly dodge any attacks if it doesn't hamper their recovery). Honestly, they're better than Brawl/Melee/64 CPUs, but not in ways that make them fun.

And here I am trying to beat two level 9 CPU's on the wii version VS me, 5 stock :p
No matter how good I do, they can corner me, and catch me off guard....well, it can be done.
