couple things id like to get straight if i could

1. I can hardly find matches vs everybody before it kicks me off. "your connect to other players was lost. returning to menu" or "connection terminated error code 81202 or something"
Is this my connection or so many people on nintendo's servers?

2. everyone ive friended here is showing as offline. do they need to friend me as well before i can see them?
