Hello smash folks Deluxemenu here wanting to let everyone know we have a great smash tourney coming up. We will have smash 4 singles/doubles this series will be to help grow some popularity as we try to bring bigger names into the Eastern Texas area.
NOW INTRODUCING THE FIRST EVER POSSIBLE SPLATOON TEAM EVENT RULES WILL BE DOWN BELOW
Venue fee:$5
Singles:$5
Doubles:$3 per team member

Event time: Venue opens @12:30pm
Smash 4 doubles registration begins @ 1:00pm
Smash 4 doubles registraiton closes @2:30pm
Smash 4 doubles begins @2:35pm
Smash 4 singles Registration begins @ 3:00pm
Smash 4 singles Registration ends @ 3:45pm
Smash 4 singles Begins @ 4:00pm
Possiable splatoon event @ 7:00pm
Payout for sm4sh singles:
1st 55%
2nd 30%
3rd 10%
4th 5%
Payout for sm4sh doubles:
1st 70%
2nd 30%
Please try to bring exact change if at all possiable
If we get atleast 10 setups we will do pools if not we will do bracket instead to make time go by smoother
For splatoon we will need 4 setups atleast with splatoon or 6 setups for posisbale 3v3 or 2v2 team action
Snacks and drinks MUST be purchased within the store. you can bring outside meals but not outside snacks.

Game Settings:Singles: 3 Stock, 7 Minute Time Limit, Items Off, Equipment Off, 2/3 Games (3/5 in semi-finals/finals matches)
Doubles: 3 Stock, 8 Minute Time Limit, Items Off, Equipment Off, 2/3 Games (3/5 in finals matches)
Starter Stages: Battlefield, Final Destination, Smashville, Lylat Cruise, Town & City.
Counter stages:Castle Siege, Delfino Plaza, Duck Hunt, Halberd, DL64,Skyloft,Kongo jungle 64
Initial stage selection: Players determine first stage ban by either rock paper scissors or flipping a coin or mutual agreement. players then ban stages in a 1-2-1 manner to pick a stage.
Additional Rules:
Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character.
Following stages decided by winner banning 2 stages from all stages and then loser choosing.
Any matches that are best of five, there are no stage bans.
You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.

Pools Ruleset: while in pools your stage choices are limited to nuetrals only. You play 2 matches with each player in your pool group. top 3 players in each pool group progres sinto actual bracket. Then full stage list is opened up.
SPLATOON RULESET: Each team will play a best of 3 match if we only have setups for 2v2 it will be tower control games. if we can do 3v3 the first map will be tower control and then the losing team can change the game mode. Losing team also chooses map. The starting map for the first game will be random. These rules are not set in stone since it will be the first splatoon event.
Deciding the first map teams will ban in a 1/2/2/1/2/1 fashion. winning team gets 1 ban
