i have a qeustion but i cant really find where i have to ask it
so my qeustion is

is there a code for pal users that let jigglypuff have only one jump
if there is no code can someone make it?

Not necessarily a code. Use Project Smash Attacks and you can edit Jigglypuff's moveset file (Purin.pac), go to the Attributes tab, and change the number for double jumps.
