Could someone give me a clear way on how to shield dash grab?

Well currently ive been using the running grab to do the chaingrabbing, and its working decent because for some reason alot of online people never try moving after the first throw lol. But I mess up now and then and get punished alot, so i am trying to do it the real way, so could you show me how to do it?
