Could I get a little help from some fellow smashers with a Japanese 3ds?

I'll assume the exact amount for Smash? You can't really "pre-order" on the eshop.
best way if you want to pay exact is when it's released, find the game and hit purchase. Go through the menus until you get to how many yen you want to pay screen and hit the bottom most option (it is the smallest button, too). That will add the exact amount needed after you use a valid card.
