Could Having 55+ Skins Make PM More Likely to Crash?

Yeah, I've gone crazy with adding skins... my friends wanted me to add a bunch of pokemon, so I did, along with a bunch of Sonic characters. But as of recently, it crashes frequently. I've tested all of the models individually and none of them cause the game to crash right away. It's always mid battle, a few battles in, with different scenarios every time.

If so, should I start over with a new Project M?
