Costume / Alt Confirmations Question

Can someone give me the run down on most of the alternate costumes that are being featured in the playable demo.

I saw Dark Link in a video, that looks really cool. Being a Link main has never gotten more exciting.

I thought I saw Fusion Suit Samus but it was just Gravity Suit.. I really want to see that Fusion suit or at least hear from Gimpy that it is-in-fact 'the' Fusion Suit from Metroid Fusion.

I'm also curious about Fox's supposed 'Wolf' costume and if it actually portrays the character beyond palette swap.

Fusion suits is just Fusion colors...not the actualy suit....

They are not alternative costumes, simply alternative colors (palette swaps)...
Like in Melee, the naked characters get little accessories like Pikachu's hat, bandana, and goggles.

I doubt they would have Gravity AND Fusion suit as different colours.

They are the same basic colour afterall.

Gimpy reported Fusion suit, plus Melee recolours.

The Samus I saw in that IGN video had the same colour as Melee's Gravity Suit.

I have yet to see any proof that Fusion isn't actually in there.

I hope someone who was there can help me out.

type posts amid other mechanics of the game are spam. This is a good thread that should be consolidated to a "Costume and Alternate Costumes Confirmation" Thread. All of the different running dialogues in that thread need to be separate so that we can all openly discuss what we want to without our points being lost to the mess of incoming comments.

No worries, I'm not flaming or scolding you. I jsut wish I was a mod and could do some reshuffling of these threads, because it is not being handled correctly by the people in charge. I'm pretty sure there are two stickied threads that are the exact same thing. Both E For All impressions threads.

Yes can someone really confirm this please? I would just plain SUCK if it was just the Varia suit with Fusion colors

I'm probably one of the few persons who really LIKES the fusion suit, I even played Prime with it.

1. When Samus does her FS, no parts of her suit would fly out....as that suit is likea rubber suit....
2. It's been confirmed at E for All that it's just a color swap

So is the Phazon suit . . . .

Oh well, Phazon suit is pretty imba too.

But still, I like the Fusion suit so much....

Oh and the Fusion suit isnt rubber lol, its still very much metal, its just that the X-virus changed the properties of it...

This question isn't about costumes, but it is about alternate confirmations! (yeah it's the same one I've been asking for the last day or so)

Now, I realize that it is really loud at E For All, so I'm not going to be upset if nobody can confirm this

But it would be rad if someone could confirm Sonic's victory theme for me

Is it the Act Clear music from Sonic 1/2? Or is it the same jingle they've been using since Sonic 3? Or maybe something else entirely?

Also if Fusion Suit palatte is indeed in the game, I guess it is the replacement for the gravity because they are IDENTICAL in colour scheme.

I don't see how people can mistake the Gravity Suit for the Fusion Suit.

I believe it was Vortok or Gimp that mentioned it in their E for All impressions they posted in one of the threads last night.

Blue Pikachu has the blue goggles, so that rules out "wizard hat" unless there is another choice.

Looking back I thought it was the fusion without a second thought. But I looked at it earlier today and realized it was just the new updated gravity suit from melee.

Untill someone shows a full video of ALT colors/costumes we'll never know.

It seems colors ect are low priority even though its the simplest to memorize and film.

No really. The fusion is a lighter blue (in the official gba art) with green bits here and there. The leg colors are dif too.

In prime though, the fusion suit is seems to be green and purple. While in another picture its much like the GBA one.

yeah. The IGN vid was def the grav suit.

anyway, it seems like its near impossible for someone with a camera to turn it on at the char select screen and tell the people to quickly go through all the colors.
