Corrupt Screenshots Issue

Screenshots that look absolutely fine on my Wii are not appearing correctly or at all when decrypted with both bin2jpg and SSBB Bin File Converter. This is among the command line echo that appears when it bombs;

Error: Copy start index is < 0, this probably is wrong.
Copying uninitialized data? I think not!

Here is an example picture;

The green background is of course intentional, I'm trying to green screen so I can take some portrait shots. It's just these shots that won't work too, so something is obviously up with having too much 00FE00 color in one screenshot.

I cannot even fathom how that worked but thank you. I'd like to see their decryption algorithm brought in to a standalone program.
