what is considered tournament illegal? controller wise. like is any mods whatsoever in the controller illegal, such a rounded analouge stick? or cutting the springs in triggers?

If you're talking about like a scuf type of controller then I'm not sure. But I think as long asyour not cheating in a huge way you should be fine.
