Controller Problems?

I have one of the new smash controllers, and i've been using it for a while now. I did mess with the internals a bit, doing shell swap n ****, but never actually really touched the main board (except for cleaning, which i did very gently using isopropyl alcohol). My analog and my c stick decided to crap out on me yesterday: when i was playing with some buddies, my analog stick refused to move right almost at all. I can walk, but sometimes it lets me run intermittently. My c stick is leaning somewhat towards the bottom right (despite the stick being pretty tight). I can't fsmash to the left or usmash with it. Anyone know how to fix these problems?

Okay, so nevermind, it fixed itself somehow? I left my controller for a day and it started working fine. However, now my right trigger is sticking. really noticeably, it keeps up a lightshield for a few frames after i wavedash. how do i fix this?
