Hey guys. I need your help figuring out how to fix a problem with my gamecube controllers...
Several of them have damaged control stick caps. They're completely functional except the cap's rubber tread has been worn down or is completely unusable due to heavy damage...
I also find in general my control over my characters slippery because my finger will still slide off the stick due to the convex nature of the cap.

so... that brings me to the two questions I have.
1. How would i fix my damaged control sticks, or where can i find replacement stick caps?
2. Is there a way to substitute the cap with that of a different controller for better control and ergonomics? I find the concave design of the Xbox 360's control stick MUCH better for me and wish I could use it for Smash so badly...
Thanks in advance.

You can buy stick replacements on Amazon for pretty cheap. Just search "Gamecube Analogue Sticks" on Amazon. Make sure to read the reviews to make sure they're not cheap sticks. Also, you can just buy analogue stick covers to put over the sticks.
