Conker as a character?

I don't think there's a huge chance of it happening, but would it be possible?
Conker on 64 gave me one of the best gaming experiences of my life, and I feel, would make an..interesting addition to SSBB.
Any Thoughts?

Sorry, not gonna happen, I'm afraid. Rare took them (conker and banjo) out of Diddy Kong Racing DS, because those characters are owned by Rare. If they were taken out of a remake of a game that they were originally in, I'd say their chances for Brawl are as good as Master Chief's.

To be fair though, the gun defense won't really cut it: Snake, Samus, Fox. Of course the fact that he is from RARE makes him about 0.002%, just 'cause a character uses guns doesn't mean anything...

They mean real guns. Sakurai said himself that he despises guns (not a direct quote of course). Besides, Snake appears to use a combination of martial arts, stealth, and explosives.
