Confuse ray on skorupi?

I was checking out the pokedex and I saw that skorupi can learn confuse ray as an egg move. But I can't find any other pokemon that can learn this move and breed with skorupi. Vespiqueen would work except she is only female. Can anyone help me out?
edit: nevermind, volbeat learns confuse ray

What do you guys think about Drapion?

in my opinion it is a good pokemon as are all dark types are with few exceptions (mightyena)
