The big bad plant from Sunshine, is back in boss form. Some were hoping PC Petey, and some were hoping NO Petey, here is the perfect Petey. Poor Zelda and Peach .....

But seriously, he's probably just someone in disguise or he can plug himself into a huge machine, or has psychic powers of something.

like i heard someone else say, did you all notice that Mr. Minister has no hands. Maybe there is a connection b/t him and the two hands. It would be cool if you had to beat Minister by himself, then the hands come out of nowhere to help heal him and make him more powerful with a different moveset then the previous time
