Conditional Friction idea and Continued dash idea

This might buff certain approaches, since we can buff dash canceling and certain actions. Conditional friction changes the friction depending on what action the character is currently performing.

Continued dash would at the very least be useful in 4 player matches, since it will allow easy juggling, or dodging. Continued dash would be allowing certain actions during a dash (character specific), such as dash attacks, to not end the dash.

sounds interesting. a continuous amount of momentum would make this less desirable if not controlled though, of course, and it could very well be another factor to balance when dealing with tech chasing.

i do enjoy the idea for characters a bit lacking in ability to keep up with opponents past attacks. this could be an alternative to direct moveset buffs with some sort of tech skill involved.
it sounds very grounded however. effects only enough of a character's range from there. A buff to ground games specifically unless some sort of canceling technique were used, in which it might either transform as well as create a whole nother variety of setups and combos. this would be a reason to lower hitstun if it evolved enough. but i digress.

depending on how this were, uh...implemented, as well as the scope in which it were used, this 'conditional friction' could bring a nice alternative for approaches and weak, but different, setups, or it could be a transforming system, assuming it were balanced correctly.

i love it, though. technique ideas are awesome.
