SASUKE IS ON PAUSE DUE TO THE OWNER BEING ON A SPIRITUAL JOURNEY TO IMPROVE HIS ANIMATING SKILLS, AND JUST FLAT OUT TAKE A BREAK.

Nuetral B - Chidori
Based off his Chidori in the traditional ultimate ninja series(surprise!), Sasuke thrusts his arm down, charging electricity in hand. Like CoN Naruto, even when fully charged he can still hold it. The attack itself stuns.

Forward B - Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu
Based off of his forward A in CoN. Sasuke leans back, then spits out a single large fireball.

Down B - Chidori Nagashi
Based off his side special in CoN, but here it is a counter attack. Sasuke crosses his arms, and when hit, he explodes(well...not like that) with a HUGE burst of electricity.

Maintenence Update 2/19/11:
Move Specific -
D-tilt - Hitbox now on the correct hand (btw, sorry about that)
Up-Smash - Knockback direction and damage changed
Down-Smash - Knockback Direction
Side-Smash - Lowered knockback on first slash so now both slashes will connect. Each slash is now 9%.
