Here's the complete (I think) milestones list for the Wii U version, including the DLC milestones. I've gotten every single one of them, except for 10,000 battles and above (although I have friends that got the 10,000 battles milestone), so if you need any tips just ask me. And, if you know of some milestone that I may have missed please tell me! This is for every completionist out there. 
The list is ordered by in-game datamined text (excluding unobtainable milestones). I included the DLC milestones at the end.
