To begin my first smash experience was with smash 64, I later went to play melee for a while and quit because of lack of interest in getting better.

Last year I purchased Brawl, got into Brawl+ this year while converting some friends into the game but sadly they not as good as I want them be.

I believe the US houses some of the best players in the world, with a fair amount of decent players in each state providing worthy competition for everyone while driving them to improve, these people are lucky at what they got.

Sadly what I get is a bunch of self-proclaimed melee pros that john every time they lose while slagging off Brawl+ because of the lack of wavedashing, I wouldn't mind the trash talking and constant claims of Ike being cheap and Meta Knight not being the best if they where good, but if they are not good then no excuse, they have no right to judge a character based o the actions of another terrible player that kills himself at least twice in a game.

I am not born in the US sadly, and competitions is scarce around here, very scarce, I am better off playing laggy wifi because the people at the very least tolerable plus they don't john every time they lose while slagging off brawl+ because they can't handle it.

Sucks, doesn't it?

It's basically the same for me, except that players are in my area and I have no excuse to not go to tournaments...well...age johns. I myself find it fine if I know how the game works and am able to help people and answer questions, I really play more matches in my head then irl. >____>

Hope you find some alternative, I guess.
