Codes won't work. Pls help

Sry I've searched and tried eveything I can think of. I have a Pal Wii and I use Pal codes the do in X: codes/ RSBP01.gct . Whenever I use codes they don't work. I've tried using Michi's GCT and making my own via Codemanager or Cheat Manager in the homebrew Channel. I once got Infinite jumps to work through Codemanager but thats it. Unrestricted camera freezes my Wii and Infinite replays doesn't even let me save replays under three minutes. I'm definitely using Pal codes

I've tried loading codes through gecko 1.9.3.1 and Riivolution.

Its like it knows the codes are there and then fails to activate them. My Wii is Ver 4.3 E. One of the new black ones.

Any help would be great.

Codes definitely aren't faulty. I checked them with a GCT Editor and the wii reads them because the game only freezes when I access parts of the game that have codes.

Maybe its my Brawl save data or something to do with the way my HBC installed(Letterbox)?

I honestly don't know. I would try using different GCTs and XMLs I guess. Try BeyondYou's XML: http://www.mediafire.com/?8vj8809jx1nc8po As for PAL GCTs, I'm not sure where you could find them. Just keep trying what you're doing so far with codes I guess.

I deleted my Brawl save data and that wasn't it (long night ahead unlocking everything). Does anyone know if codes need a specific IOS to work?

Also can anyone confirm that they used letterbox to add HBC?

I don't know about PAL, but I know that there's nothing in NTSC that will prevent the latest Gecko release from working. Honestly your best option is to look elsewhere on the internet for information regarding PAL.

I know its not my Gecko OS as I have the latest version of that and the problem persists with Riivolution as well. Does anyone know if codes need a specific IOS to work?

If I delete my IOS36. WIll Brawl replace it?

OK for some reason the replay code no longer freezes at the result screen but now does nothing and acts like the code isn't there. Anyone experienced this and know what to do.
