Code that turns on Hit/Hurtboxes without Debug menu

I'm looking for a code that turns on hit/hurtboxes without needing the debug menu.

there was an old thread here but it no code was ever posted there. I'm hoping that melee hacking has advanced enough since the creation of the last thread such that this code is possible to make

There's even a code like this for smash 64 and i'm sure Melee hacking is MUCH more advanced than smash 64 hacking

This spreadsheet has everything you need to make this code. If I remember correctly a while ago I made a code that drew them while a character was in hitlag, but it was barely noticeable.

Im actually pretty sure achilles did this back in the 20XX gecko code days. Find the archive.
