Code: No fatigue limited to independent PKMN engine?

Does this exist? I'm talking about normal PKMN trainer having fatigue, but the individual unswitchable ones have no fatigue? And on my custom CSS I have the PKMN individualized (as well as Trainer) icons, but I don't have the Independent PKMN engine code in my .gct, and they're unswitchable (when I select the individual). What does that engine do anyways?
