I imported this code using the code manager to RSBE01.gct, mainly because I wanted to save infinite replays, but now my custom music isn't working, even though all the files are there and properly labeled on the SD card. I don't know what's wrong...

Custom music only works with 3.0 and up. You're using 2.1.
