This has been a constant nuisance for awhile, and I've never been able to get a clear cut explanation as to why this happens. Basically I've been having trouble injecting codes into my GCT, and it looks like I'm not doing anything wrong. Here's a screenshot
Code Manager sucks.png

There are never any hidden spaces to the right of the digits, and I try doing it with and without the spaces between every line of code. The only thing I see wrong with what is happening is that the GCT can't take any more code, or that this is an outdated software. I dunno, it's frustrating so I hope somebody can tell me what's wrong. Thanks!

Try exporting your gct as a txt file and then manually add your codes to that before converting it back to a gct.

Okay, so I opened the GCT, saved it as a text by changing the .gct to .txt. I opened and added the lines of code at the bottom and saved it. I reopened the text document, saved the text as a .gct now. I cant test it right now, but the file is huge. A regular .gct in PM is 64 kb, but the ones I'm saving are 162 kb.

Alternatively, just use Brawlbox's gct editor, or codemanager + gct fusionizer. Gctedit is pretty dated.
