- Clink is 10 tickets per game and up to 8 tickets for an incomplete game.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How long does it take to receive an order confirmation?

When you place an order you receive a confirmation number immediately. Write it down! Make sure your personal information is correct when you place an order. You will be sent an email usually within a day.

However, there has been reports that some people have not received their confirmation email immediately. There is no set pattern in why some get sent and some do not.

If you do not get a confirmation e-mail that doesn't mean you won't get your prize. If it shows in your redemption history you will be fine.

If you do not get a shipping e-mail that doesn't mean you won't get your prize. Some people have reported getting prizes without receiving the shipping e-mail at all (or receiving the e-mail after they actually received the prize..


4. What if I don't get a shipment email after 8 weeks have passed?

Contact support with your confirmation number via the email or phone numbers in question 6.

5. How long does it take to receive some of the prizes?

All prizes, even song downloads, take generally 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. An estimated delivery date is included in the confirmation email. It may take longer to ship if the item is back ordered. Terms & conditions now state up to 10 weeks for delivery.

6. What do I do if I have issues or questions that aren't answered here?

7. How often are the puzzles updated?

We don't know, but they seem to be doing it more often. Check in every few days.

8. How often are the prizes updated?

They do change so check in weekly or monthly. If it's a popular prize like an XBox or a Zune they are more likely to keep it around. Those are signature MS items.

9. I saw someone on the site with a lot of points but they've only played a small number of games! How is this possible?

Like you, we can only speculate. One theory is that the number of games played starts over every time the user redeems a prize, so what you're seeing is a lifetime ticket amount earned by that user.

Just a heads up, you can't get the Xbox system, it's impossible to get that many tickets. they stop you before you can.

However, the rest is real, Eric got several copies of Vista and Zunes from it, I believe.

It's a great program and Microsoft makes a KILLING off of it. You cannot donate to users. Right now, I am splitting another account with my girlfriend to rack up 10,000 tickets because I want either the USB headset or the keyboard/mouse pack for PS3. She wants some random stuff as well.

me and my brother fell for this, we were hammering out flexicons for like 2 hours a day to try to get that xbox360, and after about 10,000 points theres no more flexicons, luckily i know some people who need xbox controllers so i can still make some money off this

I don't even bother with Club Live anymore. After that whole point-wiping fiasco during the summer (to which no official explanation was ever offered), I grew tired of it.

Technically, I could have gotten the 360 bundle. All I'd have to do is sell both Vistas and Zunes (260 for the Vistas, and 280 for the Zunes, so 540 for it all, more than enough for any XBox bundle). But, it's all quite legit, it just takes time and patience.
