:guys i need help connection my XBOX 360 to live. When I test the connection it fails the I.P adress, how can i get this to work. I have a ethernet cable wired to my modem and in the XBOX 360.

Yes, i tried this website already, and the phone the cable company, and the Xbox people, but i'll try this once more. forgive my impatience,

you should try unplugging the power to the modem and the Ethernet cable connecting from the modem to the xbox (unplug from the modem) and wait 5 mins. then plug the Ethernet cable in then plug in the power(make sure the xbox is off in doing all of this)
