Clone Characters and What Not

I've been trying to clone Marth as so that I could use the Lucina PSA but still have Marth as a character. I was using BrawlEx stuff but I can't seem to get it to work. I anyone knows how to work BrawlEx or if there is a better way to add characters please let me know. Thanks.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I'm using the hackless version of PM.
