Disclaimer, I wasn't sure whether this should be in Customized Content or here, but apologies in advance.
Since the PMDT are going for improving other things besides gameplay, how about a chronicled history of past winners in Melee/PM?
Instead of Nintendo consoles on top, you get categorized Majors such as (EVO, MLG, CEO, etc..) and under this would list the past winners of said majors.
The dates could be replaced with something like [2015, SINGLES] or [2007, DOUBLES]
So it would come out with something like
2015,SINGLES | Leffen
I wouldn't mind if either the DT or the community made it, but the important part is that it gets an inclusion in the official builds as a small homage. (and I'm pretty sure suggestions get flaked off easily, so I want to gauge how much interest the community has in this.

I tried editing it in BrawlBox to see if it could work over the Nintendo Chronicles (though admittedly I'm not very experienced in Brawlbox myself) nonetheless, I managed to get some barebones tests working.
