What is a good chimcharr nature? I'm breeding my empoleon with my infernape bc I want a chimcharr with a water move, but I don't know what nature to use. Help?

ps anyone want a chimcharr with rock climb? I have like 20...

You can get rid of HMs via move deleter.

If you want a physical sweeper, anything that boosts attack or speed without lowering either is good. If you want a special sweeper, anything that boosts sp.atk or speed without lowering either is good. Ideal natures for a physical sweeper would be Jolly (+spd, -sp.atk) or Adamant (+atk, -sp.atk). Ideal natures for a special sweeper would be Timid (+spd, -sp.atk) or Modest (+sp.atk, -atk).

And I don't think Chimchar can learn any water moves...

Yea, I agree. Chimchar with water moves? Nope. Even bred with Empoleon, it's not gonna happen.

As for natures, I suggest something that somewhat boosts its Sp. Def. It already low.

It's like greenblob said. If you want to go for mixed sweeper, you'll have to sacrifice one of it's defenses though.
