I used to like spicy foods, but at one point I must have been eating it too often.

Spicy foods didn't use to effect me very much, but now they kind of tear up my insides whenever I eat them.

I used to use Habenero in cooking

I was at my Brother-In law's parents house once and we were at the dinner table. I noticed there was a small green pepper in my plate and they warned me not to eat it because it might be too hot for me. Being the arrogant idiot I am, I ate it and made myself look like a fool. From the look of that Scoville Scale, I think it was a Serrano Pepper.

I recently had some of that TABASCO brand green jalapeno hot sauce. It's much more mild, and doesnt' have a great kick, but it has a brilliant flavor. Definitely one of the best hot sauces in terms of flavor that I've had.
