Mmm... I think you should read all the suggested threads before posting.
You can use the search function near the top of the page to find out if certain threads have been created already.
Also, one of the stickied threads contains links to almost all of the characters that have been suggested before, Chibi-robo included.

While this has been suggested many times before, I still think he would be too small. If they were to resize him a little bit, he still wouldn't look the same. He would better be off as an assist trophy.
