chem- i need help naming these plz

you should count up each atom and then wikipedia the formula you come up with

Exactly. Why can't you do these yourself? It's pretty straight forward.

For example, with number one, you just write out the equation which is C4H10O which is Butanol. If you have trouble with these, i suggest you get a tutor at your school are you get help from your teachers.

Although we haven't gone over naming of esters and carboxylic acids in my organic chem class yet, I believe the remaining two are named as follows:

3) methyl ethanoate
4) ethanoic acid (common name: acetic acid)

crap i actually did know that first one! i have to remember all this chemistry before i take that SAT subject test... this actually helped me out a bit... thanks guys!

You don't need to know about nomenclature of organic compounds for the SAT II (Subject Test)! You should spend your time studying other things that will be tested.
