We look like noobs because we are playing on the emulator with keyboards. Do you guys have any ways you know of so we can play with proper controllers. I dont wanna just buy normal PC controllers, I wanna use the GC controller or even the Wii U pro controller. Any tips or advice would be appreciated? :)

This is the adapter that most people use on Dolphin, including myself, and it works great.

so all you do is plug it into your pc and you can connect 2 gamecube controllers into it right? Does it actually work like a controller in dolphin or do you just map it to keyboard keys. Like do the analogues register as full 360 analogues?

It works like a controller, you just need to map button to your controller and you're good to go.

when I get home, I can send you a screenshot of my own configs on dolphin :).

ok I did some research and watched/read some reviews and I really like the adapter. I won't be able to get it as of now but I am planning to hopefully get it at some point :)

Also be sure to check out my channel as we will be uploading quite a lot of Project M videos ranging from cool battles, to hilarious moments. The only limitation is my internet :p I promise that our fights will get way better, just you wait. Even today I plan on uploading another video actually.

you have no idea. me and my friend who was playing with me in the video above, tried for 2 days straight to get netplay to work. We set up everything correctly, tried many guides and tutorials, even the one right here on this very site but for some reason we never connect. Like at all, its not like we connect and cant play, we dont connect period. So if anyone is willing to help I would really appreciate it. I was going to try one more time yesterday but remembering how many hours I wasted trying to get it to work before turned me off from it. I really do want to get it to work though. :(

One of you probably needs to port forward. Have you and your friend join someone else's game and see who's the one with the issue.

If you get the adapter make sure you set deadzone of 5 on main stick 15 on c stick and change radius on both to 100.
