Cheap capture card for Wii U?

I'm in need of something preferably under $100 that can record Smash 4 footage solidly. Quality doesn't have to be godly, I just want something usable.

If anyone has any knowledgeable recommendations, please post them!

You can look for an Elgato Game Capture HD on eBay for just under $100 at times. It only records 30fps but does 1080p and has great software for recording.

the best capture card is the el gato. Here i found one at walmart for 140. i know its alittle more money, but if you are willing to spend just 40 more you wont regret it. I been using it for years and used other devices and this one is the best. Just make sure your computer can handle it before buying.
