Ok, quick query-

Why do people go around saying 10chars or 10BAZILION CHARS.

Am I missing something here?

Because if you type less than 10 characters, you can't post. So they put '10Chars' to fill up the space. Unless you're like me, and know now to 10char dodge. Secrets will not be revealed.
