Charge Shot set ups?

Hello, new smasher here, just wondering if anyone has a go to set up for a guaranteed charge shot. If one exists.

On a bit of the roster at varying percents, down throw can guarantee a charge shot follow up. You may get similar results with down dilt, and slightly more stylish dair pop-ups.
Most other guarantees are tech chases, roll baits/reads, and jab resets.

Uthrow on fastfallers, Dthrow on some characters at some percents and DI.
Dair, Dtilt, Utilt, Missiles, edgeguards, reads, option coverage.

I don't think it combos on non-fast fallers, but D-tilt -> reading their doublejump -> charge shot is a good option on most characters if you can predict them
