in smash melee certain characters were differen't for example mewtwo hes actually good in project M but what other characters got an upgrade and how does it effect the tier list also what makes those characters better than in melee

Pretty much all of the characters besides the top 8 got buffed from Melee to PM And that's generally due to better movement, less lag etc.
