Character Textures on Dolphin

I would like to add custom textures on my project m game. But I not sure how to do this on dolphin is there a guide somewhere for this for dolphin. The only guide i see is for homebrew. Any help would be very appreciated. I am very interested in the changing a texture to blaziken.

If you are using an iso you have to create a new iso using the modded files in your projectm folder. Keep in mind unless your opponent has the same textures as you you'll desync on Netplay.
