They're called textures, not skins. But if there's something you're looking for, Brawl Vault is THE place to go. Tons of cool stuff over there, just have to sift through a good amount of bad and mediocre content, lol.

Anyway, here are some links to what you're looking for.

Green Ranger CF - http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=10900
Batman CF - http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=17545 (Not too sure if this one will work properly on Wi-Fi/replays.)
TMNT Squirtles - http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=29527 (Same goes for this, the tail got removed so a few moves will definitely look off.)

Green Ranger CF, definitely yes, but I'm not sure about the other two.

Textures are just a recoloring of how the character's appearance looks. Most of the time they are safe to use, but there might be an exception to a rare few. However, some textures will change one or more segments of the model, such as removing Squirtle's tail or giving Peach a different hair style. Those are called vertexes, and will more often than not cause your character to function improperly. There's also model imports, which can be extracted from a game, made from scratch on a computer, or both. Like vertexes, they might not work properly, unless the creator rigs the bones of the skeleton to match that of the character they're putting it over.

If you just replace model/texture files, all of them will "work" with Project: M. Some might look off though, if for instance a model or texture removes a character's limb or makes it transparent, or uses a completely different model altogether. Like if you used Haunter over Ganondorf you won't see Ganon's legs, etc.

I'm having issues with using textures on ivysaur in project m. Whenever I do the game starts, but then completely bricks.
